Hope you get this sorted. I didn't know you could get refunds I just left a bit disappointed but learned a lesson to read carefully if a deal has a dedicated IPV4 or not.
An option with 2 vcpu vds and 8 gb ram would be great.
He told us himself, you can ask for a refund. Since service is not delivered, they do not communicate a chargeback at you CC provider is justified.

My 9 day wait time for technical ticket is not too bad in comparison. But it's rather annoying issue that the VPS boots only from network and for HDD boot I have to manually intervene through the proxmox boot menu.
I recommend a chargeback.
