This might be genuine mistake but, the thing that bothered me was they asked for my confirmation for transfer , but the vps was missing from my account before transfer storage vps appeared after I opened a ticket , anyways 3 usd/year I did not have any data on it so who care, as long as they fix it in like a week or so I am happy , still the best deal on let ,
again it has been only like 30 minutes , so I should not even be talking about this before their support gets some time to reply , I just posted this a joke that my vps is missing to someone's else taunt that I got a 3 usd/year vps that is it ,
