Looking for a cheap VPS with around 1TB storage + around 2TB bandwidth per month. I would also prefer if they allowed bitcoins as payment, but it isn't a deal breaker. I would just prefer if the provider didn't give my information to DMCA trolls and asked me to remove files instead.

I could do that. My Usenet provider gives access to a crappy VPN (PrivadoVPN). I could most likely use that to torrent with the VPS. That is a pretty good idea. Who knows what the speeds would be like through that VPN.

You could look into docker and gluetun. That'll let you use just about any VPS you want.
I'm going to be honest. I never used docker, but hear about it all the time. I'll have to look into it as after a quick Google search. That does sound like a great way to set up a VPS for my needs.

The containers you'll be looking for are gluetun for hiding the real IP via VPN and some torrent client docker container that will connect through gluetun. qBittorrent by Linuxcontainers for example.

I just use whatever spare idling VPS I have available when I need to torrent something quickly (even public trackers). Never had an issue.

Almost all LET hosts are fine with private trackers, a.k.a. "legal" torrents. With any decent private tracker, DMCA won't even be an issue. The only thing you need to worry about is that those cheap, high-storage VPS plans you see on LET are all fun and games until you fill them with a few TBs and something goes wrong, like corrupted storage or an OS crash, and you lose all data, ending up with multiple HnRs. The providers will be like, "Oops sorry, shit happens, but you pay us peanuts anyway, so suck it up or pay us more." Happened a few times with more than one provider here, that too from many that are kept on a pedestal here for being top providers and so on. So better get a proper seedbox for peace of mind and avoid LET hosts at all costs.
Basically there is no problem with private trackers with any provider just pick up the cheapest one you can find here

Use swizzin script and viola works well, no need for VPN or anything, I even use it as my plex server, IRC server, sometime Rclone for data transfer
