    Is it full legal to create a CA/world account when I have EU/IE account? I did not do them as I do not know about this legality and I do not want to lose mi account. So can I do it? Can I create world account with my details that are same on EU/IE account?

    I don't know about the leagal problem, but seems lots of people hold both EU and CA account for a long time
