so was it when they landed the wheels sheer off or something? I always would've thought that would be a "safer" failure.. thats very unfortunate and stuff like that makes me not want to fly again. Will never be able to understand how the family and friends feel after something like that.. dont want to be in their shoes

Because I did the changes on my phone using ConnectBot, vim. Had to install svn client, maven. Made the backup of BF2024. Then compiled and deployed. I will do the cleanup of everything on 2nd of January, when I get back to work.
I will also then load up the backup and make a snapshot to keep for later reference. But it would be a nightmare to do that on phone
