    They manually verify Paypal payments so it can take 24-48 hours.

    as the coupon is not showing, i don't think they will approve the discount until @DigiRDP manually allow it.

    And their system keeps sending you reminder emails regularly about unpaid invoice, which is kind of annoying. I just filed a ticket for removal of my invoice, I doubt they would offer the discounted price after the deal is over.

    Dumb question, prob just me being to thick but for the storage offer does the 1tb need adding manually as a quick glance only shows the 15gb boot

    I sent in a ticket, they manually changed the invoice amount, but the recurring amount was not adjusted.

    So I doubt you can get the deal unless you got the correct invoice generated in the first place.

    You just need to be fast/lucky when they drop it.

    p.s. - I got my invoice cancelled/removed as well.

    check the disks connected to the device. Then format the disk, create new partition and mount it and set fstab entry so it stays mounted after reboot.

    That might be the case, try lsblk to see the attached storage devices.

    Mine is still not psovisioned, or I could confirm.

    Support responded in about 5 minutes and recurring price is now the reduced $8. So yeah, hit their support up if renewals not what you expect.
