    Please process my ticket. I chose Dallas when I purchased it, but you delivered it to Phoenix.
    I see that you can still choose Dallas and Los Angeles for new orders
    But your customer service replied that Dallas is out of stock and can only be transferred to Los Angeles.
    But after I replied to the ticket on December 11 and agreed to transfer to Los Angeles, no one has processed it so far, and the work order has not responded to the reason.

    The location already out of stock on the order page. If you selected the location which is out of stock you will have the vps setup in a random location.

    @0WebHost Same problem on my ticket Ticket #TPX-543313 please process it.

    In my opinion you should show oos on frontend when you already out of stock instead of throw customer to random DC(for mine is Phoenix) which now even can not start up from dashboard after the hdds replace maintenance.

    This location is out of stock and we don't allow orders from that location currently.
