They are a paid service where you can download torrents with full speed. Not all torrents, of course, but most popular torrents that other ppl downloaded in their server, where the torrents are cached, before. It's pretty good. You can even use it with Stremo (back then, you can't now). It was pretty good. And it was like 2-3 euros per month.

I am thinking too was previously using a macbook [mid 2012] but since i wasn't able to handle modern day task bought a windows laptop but man so many issues like the ram consumption is so high and linux or mac is still easier just go and download something from the command line [used brew in mac]. Will probably shift later will be doing dual boot soon.
