    Yah, mostly cause I don't use any of the so-called "WordPress-optimised hosts." I like to make all the modifications on WordPress according to my needs then and there. And, as long as WP is free, Ig, I got nothing to worry about.

    When I said modifications, I meant a few changes and plugins to make your site go faster. Pretty sure, that plus a little bit of CDN is what the so-called WP-optimised hosts are providing. For CDN, we already have CF.

    Can you atleast leak what the projects are about. I guess one is blog though.

    Lol sorry, me upgrading the home lab is simple my current one limiting me from hosting my stuff at home. The more power will help me better plan out infra strategies I deal with sometimes. And ofcourse I will be able to tap into basement hosts 😉

    Wasn't able to communicate with last project sorry. I checked when you created a thread on let wasn't able to convince me to try it out. I mean I have in initial days operated a url shortner which was generating around 20k hits daily but had to turn it off due to spam and reports. Drop the domain as it was blacklisted on various portals.

    Yah, mostly cause I don't use any of the so-called "WordPress-optimised hosts." I like to make all the modifications on WordPress according to my needs then and there. And, as long as WP is free, Ig, I got nothing to worry about.

    When I said modifications, I meant a few changes and plugins to make your site go faster. Pretty sure, that plus a little bit of CDN is what the so-called WP-optimised hosts are providing. For CDN, we already have CF.

    Can you atleast leak what the projects are about. I guess one is blog though.

    Wasn't able to communicate with last project sorry. I checked when you created a thread on let wasn't able to convince me to try it out. I mean I have in initial days operated a url shortner which was generating around 20k hits daily but had to turn it off due to spam and reports. Drop the domain as it was blacklisted on various portals.

    Oh yah, that's bound to happen. I have placed it on a subdomain this time, cause, I really wanna see where all of this leads to and then make a decision on whether I wanna continue with it or not.
