thanks @AlexPads for fucking rickrolling me
Apparently arm processor on the netcup vps means death
u cant migrate any of ur containers from proxmox/lxc bcoz of change in architecture. The virtualization is disabled ? so no vm either to circumvent the issue & then if u decide to bank on the arm and setup shop in the vps, later u can't migrate those containers to amd64. U pretty much become a leper, u must stay in leper colonies and not mingle with any other genre of machines...
i seek wisdom/solution from old cahoonas here, any containerization solution that overcomes the change in architectures without the use of nested virtualization ?

Well actually the Youtube URL for rickroll is the promo code...
Thanks @AlexPads
pressed Thanks / HoeHoeHoe for you
So, Onidel. Kudos for activating everyone's brain cells. This thread was practically zombified right before that.

Lifetime deal?
Backup config/state files, restore, then re-setup on an amd64 machine; unfortunately this requires familiarity with the applications in question (e.g., where state is kept, etc.).
Choosing to host on an architecture that is not the norm (arm is getting more mainstream, but still) without having the necessary sysadmin chops sounds like a self-induced problem.
That's because I didn't F12 properly
