    i once had a meet for a flight booking agency but decided to drop it as i knew i won't be able to cater their needs as i simply hand over everything the support/etc should be handled by the their internal team :)

    The entire system with integrations to odoo and a bunch of API, I could have finished it somehow but after that I don't have neither resources not man power support their infra.

    Exactly. Lots of api integrations, and testing, and you need to setup servers, etc.. too much work for single person.

    nginx is what i use. Redis as well. Good stack you have going there!

    yeah wsl is a really good intro. I can almost work completly in wsl and migrate over with ease

    the windows ui is just great.. The way it works sometimes is questionable but its no doubt pretty to look at and intuitive

    How's it looking, w3tc is a good one for nginx users been using myself on some websites.

    Since Redis is already setup (again you recommended that and I am loving it), I decided to use it instead of any others.

    nice that it came with it ready to go. Really a good tool and good to have around if you roll custom later on

    Nginx is cool. Thats the one i use. LEMP stack.

    nginx all the way. Easy to setup and lots of turotials available. Never had an issue with it.

    I'da gone for that as well. But, somewhere along the way, I got tired of MS's shenanigans. Ask xpress, he alsmot softbricked his Win 11 laptop trying to update.

    was it nearly bricked just from the 10->11 update they ask you to do?

    Those are sweet memories.

    The only thing Windows still keeping from those days is the BSOD.

    Oh yes. Interestingly, similar amount of work doesn't cause a kernel panic on Linux.

    Linux kernel is solid..

    Wish Windows learned something from Linux.

    Was using WSL for quite some time. It was infact WSL that pushed me to install Linux as my primary OS.

    Here's how I do things, windows for everything and a dedicated mini pc for Linux 😁

    I run windows , and Linux VMs for coding development.
