Because it's been a month ago, which exceeds the 7 day return windrow. Also I could imagine an internal service transfer is better for him than going through the payment processor.

My deal was purchased under Hetzner Falkenstein, and got forcibly moved to Frankfurt when you decommissioned your 9 7950X3D nodes in Falkenstein.
Been trying to get myself moved over back to Falkensten for these past 2 months without any luck. I've also opened a ticket 11d ago and it's still unanswered. I've suffered 2 outages so far these past 2 months in your Frankfurt location and I specifically want Falkenstein as I initially specified in our DMs.
I get that my service is not a priority considering the price, but 2 months is just too much.

question: can i create a https://cryptomator.org vault on this blockstorage which i can then access from different computers? does anyone have experience with this?
Sure, I am doing this through Nextcloud.
Just create a local vault in a Nextcloud folder and it will automatically sync the files as encrypted.
Probrably also other ways to do it.
i tried it without nextcloud only on the raw storage i accessed with mountain duck in combination with cryptomator but this seems not to work.

nope.
i createt a vault from my home pc an the drive, lets say Z: that is mounted via mountain duck an the hostbrr storage. that works.
then i tried to open the vault from another pc, connected to Z:, too. it was not possible to open the vault.
can a vault only be unlocked by one instance at a time? or can several instances unlock a vault?
anyway. locked the vault and then wanted to unlock from heimpc... following error: Error Code GH1B:GH1B:S0U1
