In case anyone is wondering how the cipher was solved, a little bit of luck and bruteforcing was definitely involved. I'm still fairly amateur when it comes to CTF challenges.
Quick writeup in spoilers below:
Cipher text:

FAT32- This gave me something to look for when messing around.Tools used: CyberChef
Looking at the ciphertext, my first thought was ROT13 (sometimes referred to as "Caesar cipher"), but without much luck there. I didn't see anything that grouped the numbers "3" and "2" in "FAT32" together with just regular ROT13.
After looking around on CyberChef, I noticed a cipher called "Caesar box cipher". While I've dealt with Caesar cipher/ROT13 before, "Caesar box cipher" was new to me. It was mostly luck that I saw it and decided to try it.
With "Caesar box cipher" on CyberChef selected, I simply incremented the "Box height" until I hit box height: 7 and saw this result:
SYAWLA-23TAF-EVOLEW- Notice the "23TAF" in the middle, which is FAT32 backwards.From there it was simply just reversing the text, which gives the result:
WELOVE-FAT32-ALWAYS. Now I might have done something wrong or misremembering, not sure, but I think the actual code to be submitted on the Nuyek homepage was actually:WE-LOVE-FAT32-ALWAYSOnce submitted with the correct code, I got the discount code:
