    I don't know if you are interested, but intermittent fasting really helps. Or atleast having strict timing in meals, and no in betewen snacks.

    the last try failed......... so imma thinking of trying to reduce my calories intake first before controlling my caffeine needs...

    Damn.. I thought you practiced it for long time. It will take a week to get used to it, without feeling hungry.

    all it takes is time then you can probably adjust. wont be easy at the start

    Nah, Amazon is still bigger, imo. Flipkart is actually owned by Walmart. They took over Flipakrt a few years ago. Been their downfall since then.

    My card used to have 2%. now they increased to 3.5
