    My final battle is alcohol, which I have been doing amazing with in recent months, but the holidays are usually the worst.

    This thread makes it impossible to drink. :D

    take it slow...start by cutting back, then gradually quit. surround yourself with friends who don’t drink, it’ll make adapting so much easier. All the best bro!

    Picking up some new hobbies can help too! Find something you can jump to when the cravings kick in and you can retrain the signal

    perks of being RN thread masters...... well i am good with my alcohol, i am not addicted and i can hold myself back for months without any issue or drink like crazy if i feel like it. I hope yours is improved as well....
