Looking for AMD 9354P in Amsterdam

Hello,
I am looking for this particular configuration on a dedicated server in Amsterdam:
AMD 9354P
Ram : 256Gb ECC or more
Disks: 2x2To SSD NVME + 1x500Go
I have been looking through almost every host provider that shows up on google but can't seem to find this exact one so thank you for any recommandation that you can provide.
