    Ryzen works best for WordPress, i have seen amazing performance on Intel i9 as well.

    Those are sweet memories.

    The only thing Windows still keeping from those days is the BSOD.

    Here's how I do things, windows for everything and a dedicated mini pc for Linux 😁

    I'da gone for that as well. But, somewhere along the way, I got tired of MS's shenanigans. Ask xpress, he alsmot softbricked his Win 11 laptop trying to update.

    Well idk never had issues unless I myself made the mess...

    Nginx is cool. Thats the one i use. LEMP stack.

    Been an Apache head for quite a long time. Then, tried OLS, liked it. But, tried Nginx recently and find it better among the 3 for some reason.

    Mostly we find customers like that only. Rich clients won't come to us unless we have some shiny office. Or atleast we need some good network.

    i once had a meet for a flight booking agency but decided to drop it as i knew i won't be able to cater their needs as i simply hand over everything the support/etc should be handled by the their internal team :)

    The entire system with integrations to odoo and a bunch of API, I could have finished it somehow but after that I don't have neither resources not man power support their infra.

    But we need to grow to handle that kind of projects..

    Yah, infact even I haven't had any major issues. But, there were a few minor issues in Windows 11 (easily fixable with an update) that stayed on for too long. Thus, I jumped the gun and made the best move of my life.

    My main problem was, my office laptops display was not working (broken hinge, didn't inform them). ;)

    Running through external moinitor.. imagine my worry as there is no output in the external monitor.. afer updating.

    Had it on NAS. Removed after one drive died. Always felt the Transmission was the reason for my drive failrue in the wdcloud.

    I doubt it was due to transmission, can be something else entirely hard to figure out....

    Entirely possible depending on the amount of torrents running, they're extremely heavy in I/O operations. This is made worse by running it on a SOHO router.

    Sad then. I killed my drive and data with my own hands. :(

    Is the drive actually dead? Or just the controller in the USB enclosure?

    Well, SMART showed errors, and then WD clodu showed drive error. And also if I put it in NAS bay, it is making some weird noises.

    I removed it and runninig with only 1 drive now.

    This most probably means an issue with the little hand like things that actually read the data on the platter. Sometimes, replacing them fix the issue, at other times, you might actually have to replace the BIOS chip and write the old data to this one.

    Any tutorials or vids available abou this?

    Can you remind me tomorrow. I faced this exact issue and foudn this information in a videos few years ago. Will try to get you that video. Regardless, please don't disassemble yourself. The platters are fragile and are better opened in a sterile room.

    Is the drive actually dead? Or just the controller in the USB enclosure?

    Well, SMART showed errors, and then WD clodu showed drive error. And also if I put it in NAS bay, it is making some weird noises.

    I removed it and runninig with only 1 drive now.

    This most probably means an issue with the little hand like things that actually read the data on the platter. Sometimes, replacing them fix the issue, at other times, you might actually have to replace the BIOS chip and write the old data to this one.

    Any tutorials or vids available abou this?

    Can you remind me tomorrow. I faced this exact issue and foudn this information in a videos few years ago. Will try to get you that video. Regardless, please don't disassemble yourself. The platters are fragile and are better opened in a sterile room.

    BTW, again, better not DIY, without access to a sterile room at the least. Even a small grain might corrupt data on the drive.

    Yah, that's the issue. They definitely have the moola to try things out before sending out these updates. But, recently, they have been sending these updates without due diligence. Forget us, what about critical enterprises that use their OS?

    After my mild heart attack, i gogled and found its flawed and have lots of bugs..

    Yup. Trying it on the Ryzen.

    Ryzen works best for WordPress, i have seen amazing performance on Intel i9 as well.

    No Intel i9 is gonna be pretty expensive and overkill for just WP.

    You won't say when you decides to run woocommerce shop with thousands of products....

    Nah, Took your recommendation and happy with Nginx now. Loving it infact. Went with the Redis Object Cache plugin. Just completed setting it up.

    Nginx is cool. Thats the one i use. LEMP stack.

    The only difference is I don't do DB on same server for some reason 😂

    Me too for big ones. DB server, and webserver. For small customers, well, they don't spend money.

    Been an Apache head for quite a long time. Then, tried OLS, liked it. But, tried Nginx recently and find it better among the 3 for some reason.

    Apache is the OG though. Nginx dethroned it. Still lots of web powered by Apache.
