Hi, I’m looking for a dedicated server with 1Gbps unlimited bandwidth.
This is my only essential requirement. I’m okay with average server specs (neither too high-end nor too low-end). The disk space can be as low as 20-30GB.
The main purpose of this server will be to act as a reverse proxy for my main server. Essentially, I’ll use this to hide the IP of my main server. My preferred location for the server is the Netherlands or Ukraine.

Cheap and DMCA ignore really do not go together.
Providers will claim to DMCA ignore but when you get reports they will close your server and claim another reason. Very few providers are true DMCA ignore and the ones that are charge a premium price.
If a provider is not willing to be clean and clear in what they will "ignore" do not trust them.
