Seems like there is an error with your phone verification. I got response "Server Error (500)" when looking at the network tab.
@onidel I am not sure I am still eligible for recharge bonus. I've also been a customer for months, and I recharged some credits last month. Today I read again the post and saw the statement "all verified users will receive a 25% bonus on their first recharge."
