    Very carefully! :p

Unfortunately I don't have a better screenshot of the complex circuitry behind it, but here's proof that it's functional.

Hmm. I'll look through my photos.

In the meantime, here's a 1969 Camaro a friend owns!

    Wow your new project?

Nah, I was dating a girl who's mom had that beast just parked in a shed, unused, so I offered to give it a tuneup/get it road ready again for free. I couldn't stand to see it sit there all alone. This was in 2017. She finally came out of the shed under her own power again thanks to me. :)

Oh, friend, no this is built with items in the vanilla/unmodded version of the game. With redstone you can make some crazy circuits, most people shy away from it though.

Oh yes. These are the rare moments in life that technology just can't capture.

I like to have them captured all on video.. Hence TBs of data. I want to give them all the childhood memories when they grow up <3

man i am setting up a DB server on a lsw vps1 seems fine for now let's see how it unfolds :)

    MariaDB?

A single server for mariadb + postgres, with couple of DBs ranging from 400mb to 1gig

You already have that much of data? existing project?

yeah have to move around bunch of stuff and fix some issues with nginx fastcgi

Postgres seems much more lightweight than PHPMyAdmin. Gotta try it out someday.

postgrest and mariadb both are different, my use case mostly goes with mariadb postgres for some js stuff where i don't need that much of data unlike mariadb.

Oh, I used to think Postgres was a PHPMyadmin alternative. Isn't it a client rather than a server?

yeah postgresql it's a db server

    Didn't know this. Thank you.

always happy to help, there are other db servers as well, typically monogodb and postgres are more flexible than mariadb and can scale better for me mariadb is serving just too much of my infra.... don't have time or patience to migrate everything over.

    Clients? or your personal projects?

kinda both so can't mess with mariadb for now......

    Good call there.

well one of my client is getting browser cached website when i have turned everything to maintenance mode :joy:

    In his own machine? :p

Just checked, the expected price for GTA 6 in India is around Rs. 6000!! That's a hell lot. But, I guess, the game justifies it.

What 6k? No i will definitely not spend that much on games.

Me as well. Coming from a generation of kids that used to have fun with Champak Jogo Discs, 5k for a game is unimaginable for me.

I have a big collection of PC games from EPIC games though. Btw, sale is running there. And free mystery game daily in this holidays.

    Nice! what games you play?

Just collecting currently. Can't install them on office system. :p

Hey Dustin, can I have double bandwidth on this order?

    Number: 9479995322

    Thank you.

You bought a new server this season?

    $850 RackNerd credits, dude! Remember?

Yup. I am wondering what you bought. I thought you will take some time to decide what to do

Nah, got friends lined up to buy stuff as well. I wanted to try something good and saw my chance right here.

Just tell us what you bought. A dedi?

Nah, not yet, just a Ryzen VPS fo a few months to test stuff out. Friends planning to get a few dedis.

Ryzen where? I think i've seen Racknerd have baremetal in singapore.

US itself. Didn't care about the location. The project I plan there better be close to US.

Oh.. is this your mystery project?

Nope, this is for a friend. The mystery project is almost done.
