    Today, had another great support experience, courtesy of the RackNerd customer support team. I don't know if they have an internal mechanism to monitor response times, but, I am still amazed by their quick response times. And, it makes me wonder why those big corporations with all that money, charging 4x prices than RackNerd can't provide quick support. Gonna stick with RackNerd for life now !
