Have you tried without 13 layers of NAT?

remember i removed one layer already we're down to 2 now
plus i knew you'd pop out of the woodworks to say this so i preemptively ran the traceroute to show its not my lan

You do know that it's rather pointless if you edit out the servers IP but leave the reverse entry which contains the IP there? (edit: nvm, just saw you hid that as well now.)

But you're luckier than I am, I have at least 20ms ping because my ISP only peers in Frankfurt (and cities further away) and routes everything over Frankfurt (and therefore servers which are nearer to me have higher ping than servers in Frankfurt).

Where is the server located exactly?

Oh, I see! The server is located in Johor, Malaysia, and the network is hosted in Singapore!

its about 1.3-2ms to Singapur. negligible

I am running YABS for it! I found that the internet speed in Singapore is very fast!

Singapore has great connectivity hence Johor is basically just cheap land cheap power but Sg network.

Whats the distance between Equinix JH1 and SG3?
I can't even get lower than 8 ping to server 20km from me

I tested the ping and route, and it's only 1.60~1.70ms away from Kuroit's Singapore server.
