    Yup. Stopped eating it due to health issues on doctor suggestion. Started again last month though ocassionally like once a week may be.

    On a serious note, it helps if I feel less stressed. Trying that way. Started workouts recently.

    sounds like you know the reason... for me it took me months to realize the issue and i had to change my entire lifestyle just so i can stay focused on my studies at that time... then something happened irl lost my mother got my allergies all messed up and now it took 3 years just to stabilize myself...
