Are you planning to start a datacenter? At 2 million hits per second(I assume thats what you meant), you're aiming too high.

WordPress.com served 70,000 requests per second at peak in 2012 equating to 15gbps traffic (source, presumably based off Quantcast)
To consider 6,000,000 requests per second makes you considerably larger than a top 20 worldwide website.
If you're planning something, it's good to be prepared to scale upwards, but c'mon, be realistic here.
