    Hey dolphins are pretty darn intelligent! Do they really have 2 independent functioning sides!?

    they can make their brain function in half, while half sleeps the other half keep up the functions like sonar or such.

    controlling my sleep is a dream :lol:

    I did try it in my youth actually. Theres a HUGE community around it but I never got very deep into it. From what I remember it starts off with just trying to document EVERYTHING about your sleep as soon as you can. I dont rembmer how it progresses from there. It seems like a pipedream that people can control their dreams. Not sure if true or not

    It naturally comes to some people I think. I can control my dreams. Not all but some, mostly scary dreams. I say to myself this is a dream move on.. or close eyes.. and the dream goes away.. don't know how it happens in dreams

    Thats when I searched google about it, and got to know about lucid dreaming.

    hmm i don't dream....... it might be due to too much blood flowing in brain. it usually help changing the direction one sleeps.

    That cant be healthy! Perhaps time for a checkup!

    everything is fine, no issues apart from my allergies..... the dreams aren't any issue, as if sleep in different direction i do get them or very rarely in the usual direction.

    Allergies are awful. I feel your pain 100%

    You should do a write up for all of us here to practice and we can come back with results! We can all practice a similar routine and see how it works out

    Actually I didn't practice anything. And felt it was weird to control dreams. After researching and reading got to know this. And some people practices it as well. Didn't put much energy into it later.

    It sounds like a good way to just live out any of your dreams! You get to be the artist and paint the masterpiece in your mind and you can live whatever you want unbounded by the limits of this world
