    It's mostly 100% customs or 200% its really bad i had to pay 100 euros on a 100euros item.

    Depends on the provider of VPS but Local backup is the best when it comes to speed you can easily access the data, if vps provider gives good options for data security then VPS

    I haven't gotten around comparing other providers. Pretty happy with RackNerd. As for security, I like to set it up on my own. It's a good learning experience for me as well.

    Both are good options, I would prefer local drive for fast transfers

    I am planning to get a cheap SATA HDD for backups soon. Maybe will put that to use for this.

    Get a nas device with RAID. If you have money use both vps and local drive, vps for offsite backups and local drive for backups

    Was thinking of NAS initially, but, they are too expensive and I have a limited budget.

    yes have a 3.2.1. backup strategy for important data

    Will do. Plan on putting the Android box to good use

    Having one copy at home, and one at a remote storage is enough for us

    I would def reccomend a automatic backup for important data. You never know when things go wrong, so dont expect to know when you need to keep a new backup XD

    Final might have been a tad higher, I grabbed that from a Discord discussion, but I lost a lot of sleep to get that Xbox. :D I paid for it with pure exhaustion afterwards haha

    I commented earlier that I've been playing DayZ, Fortnite, Forza Horizon 5, and have re-downloaded Read Dead Redemption 2 again to play the single player once more. I have 700+ games available thanks to friends game sharing and GamePass though, but dang I will never have time to play them all. :D

    As long as your having fun and think games are a good use of time! I say go for it!
