    Not these GAs specifically. But, have had items shipped from US before.

    It's mostly 100% customs or 200% its really bad i had to pay 100 euros on a 100euros item.

    Yah, had a nightmare like that when I was charged 200% of the item as customs.

    Depends on the provider of VPS but Local backup is the best when it comes to speed you can easily access the data, if vps provider gives good options for data security then VPS

    I haven't gotten around comparing other providers. Pretty happy with RackNerd. As for security, I like to set it up on my own. It's a good learning experience for me as well.

    Both are good options, I would prefer local drive for fast transfers

    I am planning to get a cheap SATA HDD for backups soon. Maybe will put that to use for this.

    Get a nas device with RAID. If you have money use both vps and local drive, vps for offsite backups and local drive for backups

    Was thinking of NAS initially, but, they are too expensive and I have a limited budget.

    It's mostly 100% customs or 200% its really bad i had to pay 100 euros on a 100euros item.

    Ahh ok. Never visited LET on a VPN. Tried to stay away from it cause wasn't sure of the policy and if it's allowed

    It would be CF that may block VPN due to bad IP.

    If you could get rate limited for constant refreshes even if you have a good IP. Prolly has to do with a CF detecting a pattern similar to DDOS.

    Precisely this, I hit CTRL+SHIFT+R way too many times in quick succession. Total mistake on my part.

    Yah, maybe I should invest in a few 1GB RAM storage VPSes just for backup. Or, maybe, I could setup a HDD on my local machine to rsync backups directly.

    honnestly local backup for sensitive data, or large amounts of data for transport

    Makes sense. My backups are smaller in size.
