More expensive than Romania, but you can get something for like $12/yr in such locations, it's just pretty hard.
For Poland, cheapest I've seen is @virtono with IPv4 for like $9.49/yr in their flash sales (without VAT, if it's not applicable to you)

I find Austria extremely hard to get cheap deals in. Only provider I've got deals from is @alwyzon, but even if the deal is not that attractive, their stuff is premium so idc, I buy it regardless lol.

For sure in June it is better, temperatures are like you want it + 5 celsius , most of the people here enjoy Algarve in August, thats why my recommendation

So this summer the temp went to around 72F (yeah yeah, convert it you metric freaks) and their office gave them time off to go out and enjoy the warmth... happened couple times and they literally celebrated it like an event... kinda cute in it's own way
