    Yes there are, and English works for almost 90% of corporations, for the locality it varies depending on the region, I mean we do have a variety of languages apart from Hindi.

    I can speak Hindi, English, and a little bit of Punjabi, can understand but can't converse: Haryanvi, Bengali, and Bhojpuri.
