    It depends on your region. Most do ask for some kind of identification, unless it's crypto. Have you tried Razorpay?

    In India, all they require as for business requirement is an address (doesn't have to be a business address). BTW, I hope you ignored PP and Stripe for some other reason. They are good options if that works for you, as TrK mentioned.

    Some incompatabilities with some top games. And also ML softwares mainly support Nvidia gpus. AMD is catching up though

    Yes there are, and English works for almost 90% of corporations, for the locality it varies depending on the region, I mean we do have a variety of languages apart from Hindi.
