when u go to buy a server immediately and pay they should give your service immediately not 2 months later

But in your post you practically wrote that they withheld your money and did not provide you with anything, while you yourself later prove that they provided you with the service but with a 2 month delay (ok 2 months is a bit too much, but the service was provided).
Again, I am not defending them, but in my opinion you are not telling the whole story well.

they hold your money and wont give you any services AFTER ALOT WARNING after 2 months they gave me service which it cost me 12 $ because it starts counting from taking an order

@fmeshkipour Do you have any evidence showing when you bought the service and any logs showing the provisioning of the service 2 months later?
The sheer number of tickets you raised and the way in which they are written immediately undermine any argument here. I haven’t read everything - the provider could be wrong - but you also come across as a terrible customer.
It seems the provider screenshot also shows this, so either it’s a display issue or everyone sucks here.
It seems you got the service immediately, but were unable to use it because of your lack of knowledge.
Seriously, if you can't even copy an IP address without replacing the dots with commas, you probably shouldn't even be contemplating buying an unmanaged server.
If you feel that you've lost 2 months of your year, it's not the provider's fault. Take it as a lesson that in future, you should learn how to use google to try to fill in the gaps in your understanding if something doesn't work, rather than blaming the provider.
BTW your screenshots show that your disk is already full. You might want to delete some things before you start complaining to the provider that something else doesn't work too.
I'd suggest you apologise to the provider, cancel the chargeback if you've started it, and ask a mod to edit the title of this thread to reflect that you messed up.
After analyzing this better, i believe the OP can be partially correct to what he wants to complain about.
It is still missing some details, but in my understand, the screenshot's order are wrong, (The last one should be the 1st one).

Also, i believe you bought 2 Cyprus and 1 Turkey.

i bought 1 turkey vps which they didnt give me then i thought maybe there is problem with turkey vps, after alot warnings in ticket and no answer i was disappointed to give my money back or give my service
so i just wanted to test my chance again bcause i had 12 dollars in my balance
so i bought 1 cyprus this time
10 days ago they email me turkey service after that i entered to my dashboard then i saw that cyprus is active and turkey is expired and my balance is zero
i accepted the story till above ,but
i told them
cyprus = 3 $
turkey = 3$
why my balance which was 12 $ is zero now
(this is into screenshots 3$+3$=11.46$)
As long as i can understand then, the problem only resides about billing. You have added 11.46 as account balance, you have paid 1 Turkey and 1 Cyprus, 6$ in total.
So what you're trying to say that is missing 5,46$ in your balance.
As i said, I condemn the lack of attitude and posture on your part, but the provider does not have the right to take that amount that is missing.

Did you install a windows server 2012 R2 on a 1vcpu, 1GB RAM , 25GB SSD vps ?
If so that could explain why your server is inaccessible.
