Where is the Clouvider thread on the offers for existing Inception customers after the closing of Inception?

I can't find it in the discussions.

    The offer for existing customers isn't in the thread but is provided as a unique code sent to each customer via email. If you didn't receive it, contact them.

    For discontinued Inceptionhosting services.

    Discount Code Issuance: Each active VPS service you currently have with Inception Hosting will entitle you to one individual, single-use discount code.

    Applying the Code: The discount code(s) can only be used to purchase new VPS services at Clouvider. The code will not apply to any existing Clouvider services.

    One Use Per Code: Each code is valid for a one-time use only.

    Codes expire: 15/01/2025 - after that date no discounted purchases will be possible.

    I don't think it was an actual offer. Someone posted the email sent by Inception Hosting and it got mixed up in my mind as an actual offer from Clouvider.

    They did also have a BF deal that wasn't as good on price as the 50% offer for IH->C customers, but did end up with better bandwidth if you commented in the thread. They also clarified you couldn't do both.

    Inception has sent emails with unique, single use discount codes in the cease of operation email. You can find a copy of the email in the WHMCS email log.

    If there’s an issue with the code, please raise a ticket with Clouvider and we will be happy to assist!
