It's the weeked, but the promo does advertise instant setup, 24/7 Professional and very fast support. Literally.
I also placed my order ~30 hours ago and it's still pending. Support took about 12 hours to give a nonanswer. TERBITFILM seems to also be stuck in limbo. It's the holidays, I dont really want to be too demanding considering. Still, I was hoping to tinker with it by now.
It's totally understandable that you feel disappointed. At the very least, you deserve an explanation and maybe even an apology. But you said it yourself.its seasonal holidays. I would encourage patience and understanding all around.

That's right, I'm stuck in limbo. The dedicated server has been created and I have got an IP. However, after the automatic OS installation process was complete, the server could not connect to the internet, ping failed, there was no IPMI control, access to the panel was denied. I tried to be patient to wait for the ticket reply and waited until tomorrow and tried pinging the server again but it still didn't work. I didn't even have time to try anything from the server and the active service period continues from the date of payment.
Maybe WIN
