I am having bad experience with NUYEK, my server has been behaving extremely unreliable, and their web page doesn't show. At this time I cant even ping my server with them. Emails to [email protected] are retunrned (Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. ) Are they still in business?
Probably because their main website and mail server are hosted in their DC - so when your server goes down, these go down too.
For sure that is the case. I purchased that hosting for testing purposes and for development of web pages, not as a production instance, but it has turned a nightmare these days.
We've been doing the same things for years with our "Intel special" configurations.
$100/month? If so, that seems high.

Chances are to high, you grab a shit bag instead.
The website panel Tickets has been three days no one answered, I bought two, one of them can work normally, the other because of the hard drive mounting error can not work, but the other staff promised to give a satisfactory server configuration can be switched to take about two weeks time, currently the past 10 days, so in the 2 weeks time I only do not bother each other to make enquiries, so look at the 2 weeks time will be how to!The result.
Some of my projects have to wait until after the server is determined to do migration, so currently still waiting, the project is deployed on the OVH server, in addition to the price is not good OVH other aspects are still very good.
I also really don't like it when customer enquiries always go unanswered, at least I don't do that when I run my website, even if it's a very simple question that's been said many times, because I know that a lot of users aren't aware of what's actually going on, and all they need is probably a response from you to tell them what's going on at the moment.
So I think Of course the service work will always have such repetitive things, but since I chose this work should be done well or even better than others.
There are very few posts from nuyek and I want to share all the process of this purchase experience for future reference.
I will like to share with you that I have been contacted by NUYEK representatives and they are working to find a solution to the issue. Good to know that they are worried about this situation and doing their best so to keep the hosting up and running through a modification on the installation script.
The kind of support any customer wants!
Probably better than a raspberry pi, and around $8/mo. Probably nice for a docker setup where you don't need horsepower, just connectivity and some storage.
