does anyone here actively use BuyVM anymore

personally I can't justify the price compared to Hetzboy, but I did really like them years ago

Can't get rid of these honestly.
    Anycast is just so :yum:

BuyVM was my togo for storage vps then. Before i moved to LiteServer. I still remember that luxembourg mega downtime when fran did some crane™.

I used to use BuyVM and then AlphaVPS for storage, but now I just stick to Hetzner StorageBox since almost all my "storage" is backups.

  • Fuck! Missed that Indiana Jones giveaway, always happens when I'm away.

Same reason I'm still with them. Bit pricey looking just at VM specs but won't find the feat anywhere else I think.

Bambu Labs P1S - it was 100% a waste of money but in my head I've already gotten back what I spent on it + more just being able to design up random parts and things whenever I'm getting creative with IRL things

    • the all the other uses like printing non functional things like decor, etc

I think it is cool, but I also think I will have no time to print stuff, plus I dont like to throw stuff so everything I printed will become a liability

Bambu Labs stuff is pretty set and forget if it counts for anything - I've had this printer for over 8 months now with 100+ completed prints and not a single failure or reprint ever needed.

The P1S is also really small on space footprint for a printer and actually looks kinda nice just sitting on a shelf in my opinion.

And the UI is pretty nice to monitor prints if you do care for that kind of stuff.

as well as the free Blesta

But unless you need Blesta or Anycast I honestly can't say they're very good deals anymore

Besides Luxembourg (because exotic and privacy focused country), anycast is the only feature keeping me there.

    which one ?

Vpsslim offer. Always comes in handy when I'm to lazy to set up a stack.

I'll go get one of those if its available.

also a lot of SBC/Raspberry Pi cases because I'm not spending $20 on a piece of plastic when I can print my own plastic.

Just a couple off the top of my head

Yeah, I have a LUX one that gets barely any use that I always intended to use for my company, but never transferred the monthly payment to the company because I never got round to making good use of it. Part of that is that I bought it for the anycast stuff, but there was always one node I unavailable (I think it was Miami) and so I held off buying the others too.

Maybe I should actively try to remember to look out for the others to complete my pokemon set!
