    If it escalates into a PayPal dispute, it will make both sides unhappy. However, since the resolution method needs to be handled and costs need to be controlled, the final result... can only be a dispute! :/

    The provider seem unwillingly to proceed with refund since the first place and the piles of ticket that struck here. Yea better chargeback or lose it forever.

    Exactly. I never needed to do a chargeback ever before tbh. Can't even remember I even ever asked for a refund either. Just not my style. Did escalate it with PP just now as the host outright refuses to communicate. That's like plain robbery. I don't stand for that.

    True. The money is not important for me but I'm sure it's a decent amount for some people in some parts of the world.

    My advice would be to chargeback as soon as possible.

    They don't care about you, they don't communicate, loads of bad pr from this thread.

    They will Deadpool.
