Few things to check

From a customer's perspective you'd be better off getting two of the $8/mth deals than the larger one. ( two servers coming to 8 cores / 32gb ram with the doubling for $16/mth vs $18/mth for 8 cores / 16gb of ram and lower bandwidth)
Also FYI, this post has disk at 120gb, your portal has it at 180gb
Bandwidth here is 4tb, selection in the panel is 6tb, order summary is 5tb

I think it depends on whether you're happy to have 2 servers instead of 1. You may want to have a single server with beefy specs to run your workload e.g cPanel with multiple accounts, or you can distribute it to more than 1 (with cPanel example you will need another license).
I will ask the frontend guy to look at the UI, but the correct one is what is written in the OP.
