we are looking at A$10/TB/mo, or A$6/TB/mo with annual payment.

With this logic... A$0.006/GB/m for annual billing, so are we going to have A$0.7/yr for 10GB plan?

I'd rather give it for free :D min 500GB atm.

Last time I was confused by the Australian Dollar rate and i lost a deal just bcoz of the time it took to check it. its 63 US cents for a single AUD. thank me later

These companies r not like shell companies of Bahamas, Panama or cayman islands. I read somewhere that Panama company structure was so bad that u cud form a company without ever revealing true identities or stake holders. This is not the case with e.g. Companies formed in UK or US.

At least 4 states in the USA, allows companies (LLC's) to be formed without declaration of owners, even to the public record.

One of the biggest registered agents in the USA, will even do the paperwork so that you get the "anonymous" company done right. This is not done for illegal reasons, but for asset protection. There is a whole cottage industry around this.

I dont think thats the same as Panama anonymous bcoz in the infamous Panama scandal they found that even the official register did not have actual identities of the end beneficiary. I am pretty sure in the US if push comes to shove the authorities will reveal identities to any court of law.

Oh btw, banned ? who was this ?

    I'm also curious.

You can look back at the previous posts, but it's quite confusing. Those two usernames he mentioned do ring a bell.😵‍💫

i was offline during the drama & i don't feel like going through it all.
was it c1v ? he mentions nekki/deank idk who they are.

I have some impression of deank. I've seen him dig into factual information in certain posts—popcorn-worthy drama.

Yeah, seems a bit odd to be trolling like that when last year he actually had some amazing post-post-post-BF offers.

For example, the $7.66/y VPS, which was a consolation deal for people who missed out on the even better deals:

If there are legal issues, you need to find a UK solicitor who specialises in UK company law and tax law, to help you sort out the issues.

On the 4 states. Start with New Mexico... Their requirement is only the agent.

No one can give what they don't have.

There is also the recent (as in this month) court ruling on the "Corporate Transparency Act".

The rented worldstream nodes will be thrown out and replaced with owned Hardware in our Location

In Order To make more Deals in LET i Need to Figure out and find Someone to Handle Tickets with me. Work is more and more. I was thinking about Posting job offer i dont Know. I Need to decide. And some other Things that Need a "fix" regarding LET vps. I dont Know yet.

Yeah, seems a bit odd to be trolling like that when last year he actually had some amazing post-post-post-BF offers.

For example, the $7.66/y VPS, which was a consolation deal for people who missed out on the even better deals:

Oh sorry, I somehow missed this reply while replying to the other one this morning on this topic - sorry if it looks like I'd just ignored it!

I'd say personally, it's probably too much risk for a normal person to try to fix it up for you, because to have the authority to do that, you'd need to be a director, which would then permanently be on record and also make you jointly liable for any fines etc, or an accountant who's appointed to act on your behalf.

The fines actually are serious, and you should address them, or file for petition to have the company striken off (which runs the risk of you being blacklisted against being a company director in the future). Also, if you get the company stricken off, you probably still have to pay the fines, although they may get written off if you say the company has always been dormant. Filing to file accounts is a fineable offense, but also leaves you, as a director, at risk of prosecution, which could be a big deal if you do plan to come back to the UK.

Just to maintain a dormant company, it's almost certainly not worth the effort unless you have a real plan to actually use it. Sure, it's protecting someone from opening a company with the same name, but I guess if you truly are just an Indian company operating from there, it shouldn't matter whether there is or isn't a UK company with the same name.

As for practical first steps, you want to register for a government gateway account for the business if you haven't already got on (will involve sending you a confirmation code via your registered postal address), as well as an activation code if you don't already have one (this is what gives you the authority to file the required documents). Both are free. Once you have those, you can file the confirmation documents, they'll probably then tell you about the fines (I'm assuming this is the process, I've never missed the deadlines due to the penalties). Once you've done that, if the company is genuinely dormant, you can file the accounts for a dormant company via a simple web form where you just pay a nominal fee to confirm no transactions (again, I've not used this as my company is trading).

Whatever you do, you must pay any fines/fees personally or via the Indian company (in which case, it should probably own all the shares of the UK company so that you don't get investigated by the Indian tax authorities), because if you put them through the UK company accounts, then your company is no longer dormant.

As soon as the company isn't dormant, you should get a good accountant, and that's not cheap. The accounts for my company are relatively straightforward apart from using 2 currencies, and I still pay £1200 a year just to file my accounts and I do all the other paperwork myself because they charge huge markups for that. But filing the accounts yourself is difficult due to needing to use the correct coding on the XML document, and getting information on the correct codes is very difficult.

Yeah, totally don't rush it. Employing staff means that suddenly your business will ramp up in stress level, as you have to make sure you can always pay them.

Don't ever feel pressurised into make LET deals, especially crazy ones! We are thankful when you do, but the losses you might make on them needs to be balanced by the likelihood of increased exposure. I know it's antithetical to this thread, but I think the providers on here who work on their own pace and do their own offer threads and maybe at BF give FAT32 one or two deals, that they decided in advance were right for them, are probably navigating the balance the best.

its a deal from the 2023 megathread, it was originally openvz but when the ssd had issues and the server went down recently, they upgraded it to kvm on new ssd.
