Did I understand it right, in Sweden when u open a company there is a special bank account which serves as the share capital deposit to distinguish trade money in the future from the actual investment to open the company? That wud be a first and very unique setup in my knowledge?

No, it's just as a confirmation that the money was transferred in the first place IF you choose to use money for the share capital.
Once it's paid in full, and everything else is done, the money is transferred to a normal bank account and is no longer separated, although you (the board) have an obligation to make sure that at least half of the share capital remain as shareholders’ equity, otherwise there's a bunch of things you need to do.
