Refund this, refund that, refund them, crunchies going Deadpool when?

Refunding people who paid $11/$22 for a year who take up far more support time than people paying $1k+ is a GOOD business decision, not a bad one.

Thinking Crunchbits is going to deadpool because a bunch of squeaky wheels complaining about their sub-$30 yearlies is laughable.

But you are not using your actual name in the company's portal. This WILL cause you lots of issues.

For example if you are asked to verify your identity by providing an image of your passport, it isn't going to match, this is big red flags for sending money.

Plus, you paid them for their time for the transfer process, they transferred the VPS then you decided you didn't like it because of the renewal price? Personally, I wouldn't refund you either. They did what you paid them to do. You not knowing the renewal price is between you and the group you bought it from.

But that is my opinion. They were sold out when you tried to buy it so you bought it from someone else? You wouldn't have wanted it even if it had been in stock.

Thanks, I will notice these problems next time. But in my case, the problem is not going on the direction of verifing.

And I want to emphasize again, you said "you didn't like it because of the renewal price? " is wrong. I am very satisfied with the renewal price. But they suddenly say this type of vps CAN NOT BE RENEWAL, which is MISMATCH the infomation when they sold it at initial. And they have AGREED a refund already. But after all these days I still do not receive the refund or any new infomation. So I wish I can get touch with them to make this problem clear.

People genuinely believe what you posted (discussion in other threads) and no one has said anything to the contrary. It's for the "make it make sense" crowd.

Legitimate customers are still, to this day, unaware that their yearlies didn't really "end" and they can pick up the same specs (with better hardware) for the same price.

Other threads talking about crunchies going Deadpool? Where? Or am I missing something, crunchies can take down any plan however they see fit, that's how it works going Deadpool is entirely different from stop supporting a plan. I have already seen many providers do that to sustain themselves.

no provider will have a problem with people having a foreign sounding name. what they will have problem is lying about your identity, which makes you seem like a fraudulent customer.

and this has got to be some asian thing, rarely seen that in eu

OK, I used to use a English name when I communicate with people who are native English speaker. My fault... but you can see above and in the ticket, trying to solve the problems positively is my direction. My attitude is also very sincere, without any malicious intent.

India was my first thought.. How many times has 'Jacob' or 'Jeremy' had an Indian accent on a telephone call, while not understanding English very well.
