Because it is out of stock.
Thank you for your understood.
Well, regardless of the situation, 15+ days for a ticket response is unacceptable. This process could have been handled in 3 minutes, honestly. But you should just take the loss and move on.. But also this is the risk you take buying a super duper cheap deadpool priced promo plan from a random guy online that's potentially botting these deals to make a quick buck.
It is the weekend, you don't need technical support, you need administrative support, so patience..
How much money did you give Crunchbits? 0$ right?
Why do we even have this thread ?
Thank you for your kindness. Low speed is the most headache thing for me, too. Honestly I think sudden message of unrewability is a kind of credit loss of provider... since I paid everything legally include push fee, and I accept refund to the original account. But they directly close the ticket.
If you read the whole process you won't simply make this conclusion. I decided to ask for a refund because of their sudden message of unrenewbility and their agreement on the refund. And again, I also accept refund to the original account, which has paid entire money directly to Crunchbits. But they directly close the ticket and I have not received any response until now.
OK, I will wait and thank you for your help!
Buddy, you paid them 0$. What exactly do you want them to refund you? Do you want them to send you 0$ to your paypal?
Just a quick question. According to your screenshots your name is "Henry Smith", so Crunchbits contract is with a person named Henry Smith.
Henry Smith is an unusual name for an individual that claims to not be a native English speaker. You didn't use false information when signing up, did you? Because that surely would not facilitate a refund.
Indeed, apparently @Henry100 has at least 10,236 other competitors for that refund in the U.S. alone.

I think you just reply the part of content as I said... I have contacted with the guy who sold vps to me. He has paid 22.69 dollar to Crinchbits through his paypal. The refund to his paypal is also accepted.
The name is true or false is that important in this case? I am appreciate if you can explain this to me. It is just a common name in English.
It has been nearly 7 days since I submitted the ticket and I have not received any response yet.

I hope they can give a reply to us instead of ingnoring the ticket.
Same here, almost 3 weeks ...
Wishing they will notice this thread tomorrow... and solve these problem.
I also asked them for a refund following that announcement and they processed it the same day to my PayPal account.
Although no transfer was involved they clearly stated in the ticket "Your refund has been processed, and it should arrive back to the origin of payment within a few business days.".
Everything went smooth.
Refund this, refund that, refund them, crunchies going Deadpool when?
It semms that the refund process of no transfer vps are quicker than vps is pushed. But I wish they can speed up the process on my case. You can see there are others still getting no response.
But you are not native English, why do you have a "common name in English"?
Yes it matters, especially for money laundering laws.
So asking again, is your name Henry Smith?
Contracts most everywhere in the world are void if false data is provided, right? And as far as I’m aware, if a non written contract can be assumed, which is not the case everywhere in the world, its contents would be in favor of the wronged party. In this case the provider, not you, who gave a wrong name.
Yes, I am not living in a English speaking country, but I got a English name for convenience in communicating with people who are English native speaker, just like in English class, everybody gets a English name. And I think what you emphasized is sidetracked from this topic. I am just want to get a refund for my legally pushed vps, refund to original account is also accepted. The problem is the provider have not sent me more infomation.
By the way, I do not mind that Crunchbits look up the money through paypal, if they think this is money laudering.
Problem about the name I have explained above. This name is my English name.
Your foreign English class name, as you are clearly not a native English speaker.
But you are not using your actual name in the company's portal. This WILL cause you lots of issues.
For example if you are asked to verify your identity by providing an image of your passport, it isn't going to match, this is big red flags for sending money.
Plus, you paid them for their time for the transfer process, they transferred the VPS then you decided you didn't like it because of the renewal price? Personally, I wouldn't refund you either. They did what you paid them to do. You not knowing the renewal price is between you and the group you bought it from.
But that is my opinion. They were sold out when you tried to buy it so you bought it from someone else? You wouldn't have wanted it even if it had been in stock.
Refunding people who paid $11/$22 for a year who take up far more support time than people paying $1k+ is a GOOD business decision, not a bad one.
Thinking Crunchbits is going to deadpool because a bunch of squeaky wheels complaining about their sub-$30 yearlies is laughable.
