Where is your real Terms of Service?
On the bottom of the Caasify website, the Terms of Service links to a Privacy Policy that includes stuff such as your working hours(??) and things like "Caasify is not responsible for providers' issues." and "If you are a consumer under EU law, Caasify cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation." Huh??
Also, what do you mean by a Spot VM Type? I don't see this mentioned on your website or in your post.

I already have a registration from earlier. When I tried to buy, it asks me to charge my account first.

You can skip the request.
If you have finished the 3 GB of free traffic, you can remove the VPN and purchase a new one. Also, there is no time limit if you want to use the 1 TB of traffic. You can use the VPN for a year and pay for what you have used rather than paying a commitment.

A bit weird to "checking for payment". There is no pending authorization in PayPal. Amount is deducted from my bank and PayPal shows transaction complete instead of pending authorization like it does sometimes with a credit card.
