Requesting NewYorkCity for two type of VPS: 2core8G AND 4core16G vps

Hi folks, I am looking for two types of VPS, both needs to be in** New york city**

  • one is low CPU (say 1 or 2 core) but 8G memory, this one will be running low cpu consumingt task but requires high memory

  • the other is 4Core16G, this one will be running bustable workload, so prefer AMD Ryzen 9 or EPYC higher end CPU models

Any reasonable price is welcome

    We would probably have these 2 options:

    2 Core
    8gb ram
    20gb Storage
    2tb on 10gb
    $10/month

    4 Core
    16gb ram
    60gb Storage
    4tb on 10gb
    $20/month

    These would both be on a VPS box with Xeon 6152 cpus, not sure if that is high power enough for your workload.

    Before blaming your customer for the attitude, maybe you should check with your team what they are busy with right now.

    My ticket not getting replied for more than 24 hours, I am responsible for every word I say.

    You don't offer refund either, if you do, I would have requested refund so far already, based on such customer support.

  • If you really need NYC, be careful to avoid providers in Jersey or Buffalo. Most low-end providers are there instead of in NYC proper.

    You are right sir, thanks for the advice. I will be careful about "NY" vs "NYC"

    For clarification - the Customer opened a sales ticket regarding service migration to another location on Saturday afternoon. Our sales works Monday - Friday, UTC working hours.
