    Hello! All bonus posts are processed from the upgrades team sequentially and all the bonuses will be applied 100% as long as there's an order and a post here.

    I don't see the upgrades being reflected when I login to portal.massivegrid.com
    This is my 5th post here making a formal request.
    If you are sure the upgrades have been processed, can you please provide the steps for one to check and verify within portal.massivegrid.com that this is truly the case?

    When the bonus is processed, the upgrades team replies here to each request. If you didn't get a response in the thread yet, then your bonus hasn't been processed yet, but it'll be processed for sure.

    The upgrades team processes bonuses sequentially so they most probably haven't reached to your post / request here yet. However, if they've responded to your request here and you still haven't gotten the bonus - which most probably doesn't happen, but just in case, please let us know.

    This is my 6th post here making another formal request.

    Your reply talks about the 'upgrades team' but when replies are posted here, there is no signature or anyone signing off with the text 'upgrades team'.
    Hence we do not have a clue to know when it is 'upgrades team' replying or 'another team' that is replying.

    If you wanted to know if we received our bonus since our 1st post here on 01 Dec 2024, the answer is NO. This is our 6th post here and we have not received our bonus.

    Hi @zhwandzcx, yes, it is 10th Dec 2024 and I have yet to receive my bonus.

    • There is no clear information stating how or when the bonus will be given.
    • There should be instructions in simple English like: when the bonus is given, login to your customer portal, click on the VPS invoice and check that the validity period in the invoice has been extended.
    • Within the MassiveGrid customer portal, I have 2 support tickets (236362 and 888723) regarding not receiving my bonus for 2 separate orders. The support tickets include screenshots from this LET forum thread where I have requested for the bonus.
    • Despite opening the support ticket on 29 Nov 2024, the staff's reply on 04 Dec 2024 is "We would like to inform you that your orders haven't been processed yet due to a large volume of orders. Rest assured that the department that handles this offer will look into your order as soon as possible."
    • These 2 support tickets have since 'auto-closed' and there are definitely some members here who think that I am just another rambling baby for making these facts known.

    Things have really stabilized on my VPS in New York since the announcement of the hypervisor fix (around Dec 2nd) with no downtime. Pretty thoroughly impressed at this point.

    Will IPv6 be added to our VPS' in Q1 2025 automatically, or will we have to request it from support? Any place we should monitor progress for IPv6 availability?
