Are transfers allowed? Meaning From my account to someone else's account
If transfers are allowed is there a Fee?
If yes to both what steps do we follow to do a transfer.

You barely got it and are already thinking about reselling? Fucking scalpers...

anybody also able to successfully reinstall any system using the vps.hostsailor.com control panel?

I guess your server is on kvmnvme06? It seems there are some issues with this node, mine is not working properly including OS reinstallations, already submitted a ticket.

Apparently everything is a mess now. Network's been down since yesterday and mounting an ISO renders the system unbootable.

Network to Asia is not great. It's being routed from Asia to the US to Europe, around 300ms. If I vpn to Hong Kong, I can get a direct connection ~ 190ms, but the upload is < 1mbps (Cogent).

I have a ticket in for IPv6. If they'll enable it, I can see if the routing is any better.

Before the network issues i was getting in the 150 to 170 ms to Asia ( Singapore, India) but now it is around 300ms with multiple drops.. hope it gets better

Same here, >300ms, hope it improves.

Yep, i'm experiencing the same issue on the same node.
I think that yesterday i was among the first users to be provisioned and at the beginning it wasn't so bad, just debian 11 iso didn't work and as you said mounting a disk broke everything.
Now i can't even connect to the vps....

  • Everything is good so far on my HostSailor vps...except for network.

  • Why is tty so slow?

  • On the kvmnvme06 node, disk write speeds are sometimes extremely slow (I've never seen a VPS this slow before).

Maybe they're using different DCs which could explain the mixed performance results. I see some yabs stating NH and some ZH locations.

    Nice!
How did you install windows on it ? Netboot.xyz? If so got any good tutorial or something ? I feel like I am too stupid for it, got.no idea what the gateway or subnet is supposed to be

If you want the gateway and subnet go to your vps control panel then to Network then click on your IP (next to rdns button) you'll get a little window with all the info

Seems the latency and disk speeds are fine now.

  • They responded to my ticket and assigned a /64 to my vps. After trying to reconfigure the networking, my vps is unresponsive, though. Lots of reboots and errors, but unable to ping.
