After successfully making the payment, the status has been showing as "pending." I’ve been waiting for 24 hours now, and the server I purchased is still in a pending state. I’ve never had to wait this long before—normally, it only takes a few minutes. I can no longer wait, and I’ve submitted a support ticket, but there has been no response. I’ve also requested a refund, but I’ve received no reply.

    Chargeback!

Check the network status under Support on their website. The physical servers were migrated yesterday and probably today as well. This is probably why everything is currently taking a little longer.🤷‍♀️

@HostSailor I'm pleased to have taken you up on your offer and I'm happy to wait a little longer. Better to do everything right once than too quickly and then there are errors.😉

This is not a "normal time".

I have a VPS on node1 for several months and this happens not just since the offer here. It is especially bad for the last few weeks though.

But I have to admit that it didn’t bother me too much, so I haven’t contacted the support yet.

they have a problem with OpenVZ and they will convert them to KVM and double the RAM

I mean the KVM01 node, so it can’t be a problem with OpenVZ.

I'm not sure about node 2, but it works on nodes 1 and 4.

If you use the installation from the template, there's no need to do anything via the command line. Simply add the address via SolusVM and click "Reconfigure Networking" and voila... everything works.

I'm on node 2, originally had an non working allocation under 2a05:9340:36:: GW 2a05:9340:36::1, got reallocated via support ticket under 2a04:dd01:11:: GW 2a04:dd01:11::1 and all is now working.

  • Is there a difference between AES and AES-NI as it pertains to CPUs? AES-NI are the CPU instruction sets to implement AES.
