I am planning to buy a 16c16g configuration, but I am not satisfied with the DC in the Netherlands. If other DCs are opened in the future and there are 90off activities, can I apply to migrate the DC? I wish there was a data center of yours in Singapore or Los Angeles
I remembered that the default virtual Intel PRO/1000 network card in the HostSailor VPS control panel uses your VPS's CPU as a network card. Also, don't forget to change the network card to Virtio, as it will greatly improve the speed. Make sure to modify it.

They are rate limited, which results in emails not getting delivered.
So its not really broken neither fixed.

Thank you @lukast__ and @admax , I recently ordered a VPS from HostSailor, and while the service is visible in my HostSailor control panel, I have not yet received any account verification or activation email. Additionally, I am unable to access the VPS.

Got my vps but as many said since theres a lot of people buying it.. it goes a bit slow, regards the support they are pretty active so keep up the good work, also i dont know why i got RO location

Most likely the geolocation is simply wrong/not yet updated.
However, the VPS is actually located in the Netherlands. It seems that some IP databases haven't updated or synchronized the geolocation information for HostSailor's IP addresses.
Interesting, that was my guess reading comments.

~ 13-16% packets are lost while ping to the vps or ping from the vps.
Changing network card to 'Virtio' has no effect on this issue.

I created simillar ticket (kvmnvme04 too) and got answer:
