What time and date did you open a ticket?

  • Your screenshot in Chinese won't be understood by anyone here. Although I got the same speed test results as you did, even local tests in Singapore show the same issue. It seems to be just their way of throttling speed tests. However, if you try to start an iperf3 service with Terabix and have other machines send requests, it works much better.

I installed other services for testing, unfortunately, their speed to Singapore AWS server is also only 200mbps

  • Hi there,

Thanks for the further input. We have identified that the hypervisor node you're on, which is connected to dual ports in a LAG, has a faulty port on the second switch. We are resolving this now, but to offer you a much quicker solution, please let me reboot your server once to migrate you to a different node.

    Sincerely,
    Justin L
