    Basically if you are running CPU-intensive tasks, then maybe yes, but you are allowed to use 100% for 2 hours, see sentence above.

    How many open technical tickets can you have? Seriously. Been over 4 days. I've never been forced to use chargebacks but you're really pushing it here.

    It's been over 10 days since I bought services from you that don't work. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, requested a refund after a while, you didn't answer my questions but only escalated it to billing, and this is what you come up with?

    I have no words for it.

    I have dealt with a lot of crappy hosts in the past. But in 20 years (maybe) I have never been inclined to do a chargeback.

    Since you like quoting the law, please answer by tomorrow as by law(your citation) I have the right to cancel and receive a refund, no questions asked ,within 14 days after purchase.

    Trust me, that refund will get to me within minutes. Not worth tarnishing your rep and payment processor account for.
