Since past few blackfridays, I actually haven't gone for another VPS or an upgrade to service.

When I joined racknerd, I was given a free vps and it was merged with another paid VPS i bought after testing the services, I continued to hold onto it as my primary and ONLY service along with a web hosting plan from @dustinc .

Eventually with the passage of times, 4 years down the years I do feel the storage is insufficient for my needs, given great deals given around by providers in this BF sale.

However i would still want RN to be my primary provider.

@dustinc please advise if someone wants an upgrade to their existing VPS without going for a new one which way would it be?

While almost all the purchased he made are taxed, the only relieve can get is to stay being connected with his family and friends in India, any same person will just go abroad and settle there.

Countries like UAE are now in focus right now more than the so-called rich and modern countries of the west. This is mainly due to a few reasons, including tax breaks, but, mainly because the Govts there reinvest back a lot on upping the lifestyle and security. There are literally videos of people leaving their Bugatti windows open and coming back the next day to find it in the exact same spot.
I know it's gonna take some time for India to reach there, but, everyone, even ordinary citizens of the country need to have some basic civic sense. We are slowly building up to that. Hope I get to see that in this lifetime.

Last time I used ufw, I ended up losing ssh access.... Now I have to reinstall the system again and it's not automated

UFW is my go to. Never used any of those advanced ones yet. Are they any good, or should I stick with UFW? BTW, yah, most people just reinstall, as they forget VNC is an option.

If on rhel I go with firewalld and Debian it's either iptables or ufw, for hardware pfsense is a good choice imo as I can't afford sophos...

Heard of some more like advanced firewall. Been happy with ufw.

How come wireguard works perfectly on NAT VMs, as for how many just keep selling, sell like double the ram and you are perfectly fine for some overselling.

Last time I used ufw, I ended up losing ssh access.... Now I have to reinstall the system again and it's not automated

Why not go into vnc console... And whitelist ssh port from there?

UFW is my go to. Never used any of those advanced ones yet. Are they any good, or should I stick with UFW? BTW, yah, most people just reinstall, as they forget VNC is an option.

Yup, works for almost every purpsoe of mine. iptables somehow is too difficult for me to understand.

The technologies we have is all outdated stuff, even we go into deeper unless we do something about taxation the all knowledgeable one's will go outside and get some relief from this insane tax system, I will say it here and probably will not repeat myself, there's just too much tax, the companies are taxed 30% while the same people(who technically paid 30%) will be taxed further in slabs. They purchased something it will be taxed upto 28%, imagine one person who earns 1CR from a company he owns, he pays 30% as a company tax from 1cr then he pays another 30 from 70l and when he purchased let's say mac pro he again paid the 28% of the mac pro in taxes. While almost all the purchased he made are taxed, the only relieve can get is to stay being connected with his family and friends in India, any same person will just go abroad and settle there.

This is true. I don't disagree with anything you said. And, yah, going abroad is a dream for most people. And, I will add one more thing here. Countries like UAE are now in focus right now more than the so-called rich and modern countries of the west. This is mainly due to a few reasons, including tax breaks, but, mainly because the Govts there reinvest back a lot on upping the lifestyle and security. There are literally videos of people leaving their Bugatti windows open and coming back the next day to find it in the exact same spot.
I know it's gonna take some time for India to reach there, but, everyone, even ordinary citizens of the country need to have some basic civic sense. We are slowly building up to that. Hope I get to see that in this lifetime.
